Where do you ship?

We currently ship to European Union, United States, United Kingdom and Canada, so you may enjoy your SIRRENA products from these countries.

How long does shipping take?
We usually need on average 1-3 business days to fullfill your order.

The shipping time depends on your exact location, but on average can be estimated as follows: Europe: 2–6 business days, USA: 3–7 business days, Canada: 4–8 business days.
Depending on your location, you may receive your order much earlier. Please allow extra time during the busy season as post delays are beyond our control.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Where will my orders ship from?
We work with a Print On-Demand order fulfillment company with facilities WORLDWIDE !

As we ship to EU, UK, USA and Canada, those are located in the following cities:

=> Riga, Barcelona and Bimingham (EU and UK),
=> Los Angeles, Dallas and Charlotte NC (USA)
=> Toronto (Canada)
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is unfortunately beyond our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

=> check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
=> ask your local post office if they have your package
=> stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them 
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@sirrena.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
We highly recommend double checking your delivery address (and verifying your zipcode) before placing your order to ensure this doesn't happen.
What does shipping cost?
Our shipping on all orders is COMPLETELY FREE !
What to do if my order has not arrived ?
We use services of a Print-On-Demand Provider with facilities worldwide to fulfill SIRRENA orders and we work really hard to meet the delivery estimates.

If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. If you still have not received your order, please email us at info@sirrena.com with your order number, we will check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

ORDERS

Where are your products made? 

This depends on your country of residence and what item you have ordered. Our products are printed on demand. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper in the Europe,United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@sirrena.com
Why is everything priced in Euros ? I am not from the EU.
Although we ship also to the US, Canada and UK, we operate from the EU. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the EU. The Credit Card companies / Paypal will simply use your own currency on check out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What's your return policy ?
We are collaborating with a Print-On-Demand Supplier to print and deliver the items from our store. In our SIRRENA STORE, we design the products for the store and our Print-On-Demand Supplier, makes and delivers them.

Our Return Policy applies only if you have received the damaged, misprinted or defective item. Please, let us know by contacting us at info@sirrena.com and we'll be glad to help.
How can I return the item ?
We only replace (exchange) items if they are defective, misprinted or damaged. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If something arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sirrena.com and provide us with following information:

- photos of wrong/damaged item
- your order number
- the proof of tracking information showing the delivery date
- any other details you may have about your order.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. 

We’ll sort that out for you and if the damage or fault is clear, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.
What is the timeframe for returns?
If a problem arises with your order, please contact us first with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please also include any photos of the damaged, misprinted, or defective item. In the case that the manufacturer is at fault, you will receive a replacement item at no cost to you. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer an exchange.  

Please contact us at info@sirrena.com to have your request reviewed & approved before you send it.
I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this? 
Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at info@sirrena.com. Please, also quote your order number.

Note that changing a product within an order (e.g. altering a product's variant, size, design file, or mockup) will reset the order deadline. This may result in longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline.
I used the wrong address, can I still change this?
Yes you can, but you need to be quick. As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number ASAP to info@sirrena.com and we will take care of it for you.  Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facilities of our supplier. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 
The product I received looks differently than the one your website, can I return it ?
Whilst all care is taken when hand making your product, there may be a slight variation to the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.
I ordered a wrong size, can I exchange an item ?
Please note, that we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where you have a buyers remorse or need a smaller/larger size or a different colour, as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. 

To prevent this case, make sure to doublecheck out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section, or feel free to contact us via info@sirrena.com before you place an order and we will be happy to assist you. We print on demand and therefore we unfortunately cannot accept these returns.
