SIRRENA.com is owned and operated by the company ESSK, s.r.o., with our registered office at Jarná 4, Sliač, Slovakia 962 31, registration number: 46 503 561.
We collect the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:
1. Contact form: the personal data collected from this form shall be used exclusively to manage the booking of the service request.
2. Create an account form: the personal data collected from this form shall be used exclusively to manage user registrations on the website.
3. Newsletter: the data collected shall be used exclusively to send you newsletters and marketing communications on promotions and/or publicity of our services.
4. Purchase form: should you purchase any of our products, your personal data shall be solely used for administrative management in relation to the product purchased. This means from the invoicing of the product to the sending of your data to the transport companies contracted by ESSK, s.r.o. (who ownes and operates the SIRRENA website) to make the deliveries to the location you have indicated.
5. Social media: any data provided or that might be shared on the Social media in which SIRRENA is active shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policies of each Social network. We recommend you read and regularly check said Social media before interacting with SIRRENA.
For how long do we keep your data?
The data of possible customers who finally decide not to purchase any of our products shall be automatically deleted one year after the contact is made, provided the possible customer has shown no further interest in our services or products. Where a product is purchased, the data shall be processed while the business relationship remains intact and, once concluded, for the time required to respond to any legal liabilities, particularly all those relating to consumer goods guarantees.
The data provided when you register as a user of SIRRENA shall be kept until you cancel your registration.
