RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy applies only if you have received the damaged, misprinted or defective item. Please, let us know by contacting us at info@sirrena.com and we'll be glad to help.

How can I return the item ?

We only replace (exchange) items if they are defective, misprinted or damaged. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If something arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sirrena.com and provide us with following information:

- photos of wrong/damaged item
- your order number
- the proof of tracking information showing the delivery date
- any other details you may have about your order.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. 

We’ll sort that out for you and if the damage or fault is clear, we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Please note, that we do not accept returns or replacements in the case where you have a buyers remorse or need a smaller/larger size or a different colour, as each order is custom made for each customer. Therefore, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. 

To prevent this case, make sure to doublecheck out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section, or feel free to contact us via info@sirrena.com before you place an order and we will be happy to assist you. We print on demand and therefore we unfortunately cannot accept these returns.

We currently ship to European Union, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

Our SHIPPING TIMES are divided into 2 parts:
1. Production times
Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to make and fulfill your custom-ordered product, after which it’s shipped out.

2. Shipping times
The shipping time depends on your exact location, but on average can be estimated as follows: Europe: 6–8 business days, USA: 3–4 business days, Canada: 4–5 business days.

What does shipping cost?

For every order over 100€, shipping is COMPLETELY FREE !

Otherwise, the shipping fee is €4 - €11 for the European Union and €4.50 - €15 for the UK, US and Canada.

The exact fee depends on the destination and the product itself. The easiest way to find out the exact cost of shipping is to simulate a purchase on our website, as shipping costs will be indicated during the purchase process, and always before placing the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What's your return policy ?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@sirrena.com

Do you offer refunds ?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@sirrena.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, your order number, the proof of tracking information showing the delivery date and any other details you may have about your order and we’ll sort that out for you. Requests for refunds must be made latest within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@sirrena.com within 7 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and in that case we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund !
